ਜਰੂਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ
ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਉਹੀ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਕਰਮਚਾਰੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਯੋਗ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਜੋ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਅਨੁਸ਼ਾਸਨੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੋਗ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।
ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਪੈਟਰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਤਨਖਾਹ ਸਕੇਲ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
ਮੈਟ੍ਰਿਕ ਸਟੈਂਡਰਡ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਗਿਆਨ। ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਇਹ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੇਵਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਛੇ ਮਹੀਨਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਇਹ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨੀ ਪਵੇਗੀ, ਅਜਿਹਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ‘ਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ ਖਤਮ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ।
ਬਸ਼ਰਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਜੰਗੀ ਨਾਇਕ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸੇਵਾ ਜਾਂ ਅਰਧ ਸੈਨਿਕ ਬਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਉਸ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਵਾ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਆਸ਼ਰਿਤ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਦੀ ਅਪਾਹਜਤਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਇਸ ਤਰਫ਼ੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦਾ ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਗਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
SC/BC ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਭਲਾਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸੈਨਿਕ, ਸੁਤੰਤਰਤਾ ਸੈਨਾਨੀਆਂ, ਆਰਥਿਕ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਕਮਜ਼ੋਰ ਵਰਗ ਅਤੇ ਖੇਡ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਚੋਣ ਸਾਵਧਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਹੋਰ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਫੀਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੋਟ/ਛੋਟ, ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਛੋਟ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਾਖਵੇਂਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹਨ। ਇੱਕ ਵਾਰ ਚੁਣੇ/ਭਰ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਹਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਦਲਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ
ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਅਵੇ ਦੇ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਮਰੱਥ ਅਥਾਰਟੀ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਾਉਣੇ ਚਾਹੀਦੇ ਹਨ।
ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਭਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਹੋਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਲਿਖਤੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ/ਕਾਉਂਸਲਿੰਗ ਆਦਿ ਲਈ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਸਫ਼ਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਟੀਏ/ਡੀਏ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਔਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਫਾਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਉਪ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਜਾਤੀ ਦਾ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕਰਨ।
ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਾਂਚ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਕੋਲ ਕੋਈ ਵਿਧੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਜਾਂ ਅਯੋਗ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਲਿਖਤੀ ਇਮਤਿਹਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਪੂਰੀ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਉਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਲਈ ਯੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜਦੋਂ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ, ਅਪਰਾਧਿਕ ਦੋਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਕਲੀਅਰੈਂਸ ਜੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅਦਾਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਲੰਬਿਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਸੰਤੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ।
