PSSSB 13/2025 (Group-C 159 Posts) Online Form  Qualification

• Hostel Superintendent cum P.T.I : 10th Passed, Certificate in Physical Education (C.P.Ed), 02 Years Experience.
• Storekeeper : 10th Passed, ITI in any Engineering Trade, 01 Year Exp.
• Librarian : Graduate in Library & Information Science, 01 Year Exp.
• Autoclave Operator / Machine Operator : 10th Passed, ITI in Mechanical Trade.
• Junior Technician (Civil) : National Trade Certificate in Civil Draftsman Trade OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with (50% Marks).
• Junior Technician (Electrical) : National Trade Certificate in Electrician Trade OR Diploma in Electrical Engineering with (50% Marks).

How to Apply PSSSB 13/2025 (Group-C 159 Posts) Online Form  ?

• Candidates must apply online only through PSSSB website https://sssb.punjab.gov.in under “Online Applications” from 05/12/2025 to 27/12/2025.
• Applicants must complete registration to generate username and password, then log in and fill the step-wise online application form, uploading passport-size photo, signature and required certificates (Matric D.O.B proof, technical qualification, category certificate, etc.) in a single PDF.
• Application will be accepted only after full fee payment; fee must be paid via SBI challan (any branch) or online via net banking/credit card/debit card/UPI up to 30/12/2025.
• After fee payment, candidates can download the final application form on the next working day and must keep a copy safely for future reference.
• No offline applications or late submissions will be accepted; no changes are allowed after final form submission except limited edits before first submit.the official website of PSSSB: https://sssb.punjab.gov.in and click on the “Online Applications” link.
• Apply online only from 21-11-2025 to 15-12-2025 up to 5:00 PM; no other mode of application will be accepted.
• For each post, submit a separate online application form and pay separate fee if applying for more than one post.
• First select the post, then complete registration by entering basic details and educational details; a username/registration number will be generated.
• Login again using registration details and fill the application form step‑by‑step, upload passport‑size photograph, signature and required educational certificates (Matric with date of birth, 10+2, diploma/degree as applicable).
• Submit the online application form; fee can be paid from the next working day after form submission up to 17-12-2025.
• Pay exam fee through SBI challan at any branch, or through Net Banking / Credit Card / Debit Card / UPI as available.
• After successful fee payment, download and print the final submitted application form and keep it safely for future reference.
• No correction will be allowed after final submission of the online application form

• Reservation benefits apply only to residents of Punjab; domicile certificate is required, not older than 5 years, to claim reserved category benefits.
• SC/BC/ESM/EWS certificates must be as per latest Punjab Government formats; category codes must be carefully selected while applying.
