- Clerk : Graduation Degree, English Typing (40 WPM) Certificate, Computer Course Certificate.
- Peon : 7th Class Passed, Knowledge of Marathi Language.
- Staff Car Driver : 10th Passed, LMV Driving Licence, 03 Years Experience, Knowledge of Marathi & Hindi Language.
- Stenographer (Lower Grade) : Graduation Degree in any Stream, Government Certificate in Computer Typing Basic Course (GCC-TBC) OR ITI for Speed of 80 wpm in English Shorthand and 40 wpm in English Typing, Computer Course.

- To avoid last minute rush, candidates are advised to submit the applications well in advance.
- Applications will be scrutinized by Computerized programme. Therefore, the candidates are advised to go through the instructions in advertisement before filling up the Online application form. The Registry will not entertain any inquiry/grievance in that respect.
- Online Application Form should be filled up on computer by using web browsers.
