BA UG Panjab University Online Form 2026 IMPORTANT STEPS
- Register Online.
- Note down your Login Id and Password.
- Login and download Post office Challan and deposit fee in any Post–Office branch.You can also Pay Online through the Online Payment link given in your Login.
- Within Two days of depositing fee you will Receive Fee Confirmation Message on your Registered Mobile No., Login again and complete your registration by saving and uploading your scanned photograph & signature.
- If you have paid through Online Payment Link and did not receive any confirmation message after depositing fee Online then Login and Click again on Online Fee Payment Link to Confirm your fee.
- Take print out of your Examination form and deposit in your concerned department/college (if needed or as per written on the print out of form).
- Fees submitted through any other mode e.g Bank Draft,Cash Counter Receipt,Online transaction,Pay order, Google Pay will not be adjusted/accepted.

NOTE : Candidate can submit his/her examination fee in Post-Office through Post Office-Challan or Using Online Payment Link on the same day of his/her registration.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
- Candidate, who have registered themselves ONLINE in the previous semester examination can register using their Previous detail.
- Candidate has to fill his/her separate examination form for different category/class.
- Candidate must fill/check his/her Name, Contact Number and E-mail Address carefully. Login Id and Password will be sent to the mentioned Contact Number and E-mail Address.
- Candidate will be able to edit his/her examination form details till the last date.
- Department/College candidates have to select Student Type as “Private Candidate” for Reappear/Additional/Deficient/Improvement/Under Regulation category Examination.
- Photo and Signature Image should only be in JPG format and of size less than 100Kb.

B.A./B.Sc. (GENERAL) SEMESTER SYSTEM EXAMINATION
B.A. (General) 1st Year (Semester System) study programme consists of two compulsory subjects and three elective subjects :
Compulsory subjects are :

- English
Elective Subjects are:
A student is required to take up 3 elective subjects in all, selecting not more than one subject from any of the following sets of combinations. :
For Example:
- Selecting Hindi and Urdu from (1) and History from (3) is the WRONG selection.
- Selecting Economics ,Education, Fine Arts from (2) is also the WRONG selection.
- Selecting Hindi from (1) and History from (3) and Computer Science from (7) is RIGHT Selection.

Q1. How much fee I have to deposit?
Ans1. Please follow link Fee Details for getting your fee details.
Q2: My Fee slip is not generating. What should I do?
Ans2: If you are college student, your fee slip will not be generated. College candidates pay their examination fee in their college only. Otherwise your fee slip should be generated, in case any issue kindly enquire on Contact Us .
Q3: I am a CDOE/Department/College student then why I should select ‘Student Type’ as private?
Ans3 : A Reappear/deficient/Additional/Improvement exam is always given as Private Student.
Q4. I have lost my username and password?
Ans4. Please follow the link Forgot Password ,if you forgot or lost your password. In case, if you forgot both your ID and Password then please follow the link Get ID Password. You will receive it on your registered mobile & Email Id.
Q5. I am not able to deposit fee online?
Ans5. Download Post Office challan and submit your fees in Post Office.
Q6. Whether I have to submit hard copy of my examination form?
Ans6. Instruction for form submission is given on top of your form’s hard copy.
Q7. I am unable to download my Admit Card.
Ans7. If you are a Private/CDOE student then login into your account with your username and password and download your admit card. College or University Department students will get their admit card from their College or Department.
Q8. I have already submitted my fees but it is not confirmed/updated on website yet?
Ans8. If your fee has not been confirmed even after 48 hours of fee submission then either send fee slip scan copy at our E-mail Id mentioned in contact details or visit Computer Unit, Aruna Ranjit Hall, PU.
Q9. I am not able to upload my Photo & Signature?
Ans9. Reduce size of your Photo & Signature upto less than 100KB then try again to upload. Also file format must be jpg or jpeg.
Q10. I have downloaded my Rollno. But its not showing Rollno. And Center?
Ans10. There would be some discrepancy related to your form which you can see on your Admit Card. Please visit Examination Branch, Admin Block, PU and meet your concerned dealing(name is mentioned on your Admit Card).
